利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、SWAN（以下「当方」）が提供する iOS アプリ「Wash: AI 写真クリーナー」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、利用者が選んだ削除候補に類似した画像を端末内で探し、利用者の操作により削除できるようにするものです。似ているかどうかの判定は自動処理による推定であり、正確さを保証するものではありません。
2. 写真の削除
写真の削除は、利用者が対象を確認し、iOS の確認画面で承認したときにのみ行われます。削除の対象を確認する責任は利用者にあります。削除した写真は写真アプリの「最近削除した項目」に一定期間残り、その期間内であれば復元できます。当方は、削除による写真の消失について責任を負いません。
3. 料金
本アプリは無料で利用でき、累計10枚まで写真を削除できます。それを超えて削除するには、アプリ内で「フルバージョン」（買い切り）を購入する必要があります。購入はサブスクリプションではなく、自動更新されません。決済と返金は Apple のルールに従います。
4. 禁止事項
本アプリの改変、リバースエンジニアリング、不正な方法による購入の回避、その他法令に反する行為を禁止します。
5. 免責
当方は、本アプリに不具合がないこと、特定の目的に適合することを保証しません。当方の責任は、当方に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、利用者が本アプリに支払った金額を上限とします。
6. 変更・終了
当方は、本アプリの内容や本規約を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。本規約の変更は、このページへの掲載をもって効力を生じます。
7. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は、当方の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use (English)
By using Wash: AI Photo Cleaner (the "App"), provided by SWAN, you agree to these terms. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
Deleting photos. Similarity is an automated estimate and is not guaranteed to be accurate. Photos are deleted only after you review them and confirm in the iOS dialog; you are responsible for checking what you delete. Deleted photos remain in "Recently Deleted" for a period of time and can be recovered there. We are not liable for the loss of photos you delete.
Pricing. The App is free to use and lets you delete up to 10 photos in total. Deleting more requires a one-time in-app purchase ("Full Version"). It is not a subscription and does not renew. Payments and refunds follow Apple's rules.
Disclaimer. The App is provided "as is". Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
